Pasta making.

Never one to miss an opportunity to share skills, share food and meet up with friends, we did just that this morning.

making a well for the eggs

getting sticky with the dough

rolling the pasta

getting thinner 

making parcels

really long!

Yum!

Ravioli, gnocchi and tagliatelle with delicious sauces. Mmmmm, they were good!
