Sunny and beautiful, but start the new month with tired grumpy heads and a bit of cushion flinging. A sleepover with friends had gone so well. But even after copious amounts of porridge an extremely late night will always catch up on you. And then its perfectly acceptable to wallop your brother with a cushion, call him a Muppet and storm off. Oh dear. Lets hope we can take a bit of time to calm down before we head off to meet with lots of other kids unable to coordinate themselves fully as they hurtle around a sports hall on 8 little wheels. It'll be like the extreme edition of the Mario cart game that started it all off.
Anyway lets not focus on it too much, we have done other not fighty, moody stuff this week! Mia has been taking photos of all the things we have growing in our garden at the moment. The meadow has gone to be replaced by uneven patchy shorter grass (I quite like the meadow), we made tortillas for the firstime, they were brilliant and Oliver has been reading some books on different native American tribes and was inspired to make his own headdress. He thought we could pretend our tent was a Tipi, sadly we have yet to camp out, weather and work not allowing but hope to very soon.

We are off now hoping for zero collisions and keeping fingers crossed the sun will hold for an afternoon in the park celebrating a birthday with lots of friends. The brothers have hugged and apologised and Mario has been swapped for Harry Potter.
